This model is a replica of the castle from the video game "Super Mario 64" by Nintendo.
I started by creaing a completely new 3D model. It's based on the appearance in the Nintendo 64 version of the game, the textures are from the Nintendo DS version. Overall, the model has a much smaller amount of surfaces. The triangles forming the hills are even more visible, the moat is more rectangular and the roof is simplified.
Designing and assembling the model took me about two months.
