This castle is meant to be located on a fictional island in Lake Walen, Switzerland. It was one of the most difficult paper models I've assembled so far. The first challenge was creating the base made of paper mache. Its top turned out to be uneven, so I had to give the bordering paper parts a special shape. Another challenge was the installation of the galleries in the courtyard.
